Students understand that by partaking in Yogacell Yoga classes, workshops and courses, both in-person and via the online platform they will be engaging in varying levels of physical activity and that they are medically fit and able to do so. Where injuries or illnesses are present students are advised to seek formal medical advice prior to commencing Yoga practice. When attending in-person or accessing online live streaming sessions, all relevant medical information must be disclosed to relevant Yogacell staff, including but not limited to injuries, pregnancy, low or high blood pressure, recent and historic surgeries, epilepsy etc. to ensure the safety of, and the greatest benefits to the student. Yoga and/or meditation are not a substitute for medical or psychological care and should not be considered as such. Students are ultimately responsible for their own wellbeing and should stop immediately if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort, or symptoms of a pre-existing condition.
Students warrant that all data provided at point of registration is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that any subsequent changes in personal data are updated to the online account and relevant extensions.
HELPING TO KEEP YOU COVID-19 SECURE
Please bring your own equipment such as mat, block, strap, towel and water bottle.
New, sealed mats are available to purchase for £15 (Please give one day notice).
Wearing a mask is not a requirement, however, you are welcome to wear one should you prefer.
If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms such as (but not limited to) fever, cough, sore throat, have a loss of, or change in sense of smell or taste, or within the last 14 days have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for Covid-19 please do not attend class.
Please note: Outdoor sessions are weather permitting.
IN-PERSON STUDIO SESSIONS
'In-Person' classes are always subject to availability with priority given to advance bookings over ‘drop ins’. Classes may be booked in advance using either the Yogacell website or app with full payment required at point of booking.
The studio will be open for access from a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class commencing. Out of consideration for other students and the teacher please allow good time to arrive. The studio may lock its doors from the class commencing and it is at the discretion of the teacher as to whether late arrivals are able to access the class. If you are aware you may be late, please contact Yogacell on 07973849774 or via email, yogacellyoga@gmail so that the teacher can be notified and accommodations made where possible.
Upon arrival please turn off all mobile phones and leave your belongings in the spaces provided during class. Yogacell is unable to take responsibility for any items brought onto studio premises.
Booked 'in-person' classes may be cancelled or rescheduled until 2 hours prior to the class commencing via the Yogacell website or mobile booking app at no cost, or by contacting Yogacell on 07973849774.
In case of timely cancellation a credit for the same class type will be applied to your account with a one month expiration.
In the case of late cancellation (within 2 hours of the start of class), or missed bookings the place will not be credited back to your account, nor refunded.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
Booked workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled until 7 days prior to the workshop commencing via the Yogacell website or mobile booking app or by contacting Yogacell on 07973849774.
For cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the workshop, a refund of the balancing payment minus 10% admin fee will be returned to your account. Within 7 days of the workshop commencing, balances cannot be refunded or transferred unless the place can be reallocated. Individual workshops may have additional cancellations terms that will be detailed within the workshop description.
Yogacell reserves the right to cancel, or to re-arrange workshops in exceptional circumstances. Should this happen, all participants will be notified at the earliest possible point and a full refund, or transfer of the full amount will be offered. In such instances Yogacell is not responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the workshop, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses. Please ensure upon booking that you hold adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance where necessary.
NEWSLETTER TERMS & CONDITIONS
By signing up as a member to our website you are also subscribing to our newsletter and you agree to receive emails from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about news, events, blog articles, special offers and upcoming yoga sessions. Yogacell will not share your details with any other company or institution without your consent.
The frequency of the newsletter will be at most two per month.
Upon registration, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. You have the right to remove yourself from the newsletter subscription list at any time. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, there is a link at the bottom of each newsletter you receive. Alternatively, please email email@example.com to request to be removed from the subscription list.
