ABOUT

Drawing inspiration from many styles of yoga, our classes are based around Vinyasa flow, whilst weaving through elements of nourishing Yin, using breath and mindful movement to flow through each sequence, nurturing body and mind.

 

We work with people from all backgrounds and abilities, including public and private classes, Parkinson’s, mental health, festivals, workshops and corporate yoga.

 

Looking to peers inside and outside of the yoga community, (neuroscience, sports-rehabilitation, mindful movement and meditation), we expand our knowledge through regular study, workshops and practice. Always honing our teaching skills. Enabling each person to grow.

Our classes have been described as simultaneously challenging yet soothing, enabling you to bathe in the benefits of your practice.

YOGACELL CLASSES

Join me for a flowing yoga practice and feel great from the inside out.

Location: United Reformed Church, Darras Hall (opposite Broadway shops)

MONDAYS

9.30am - Yogacell Vinyasa Yoga

A welcoming mixed level class. Challenging yet soothing, with a focus on core strength, balance, posture and flexibility. Using intention, breath and postures to work through a flowing sequence. Stretch and strengthen both body and mind, working to your soft edge enabling you to bathe in the benefits your practice.

1.30pm - Yogacell Chair Yoga

A Chair based yoga class to benefit overall well-being. A great way to increase flexibility, balance and co-ordination.  Moving through postures and stretches (many the same as conventional yoga) with the support of a chair, allowing you to take full advantage of yoga's health and fitness potential.
