Designed For You

Any workplace that functions harmoniously is likely to be more productive.

Having a regular yoga practice in the workplace can transform both physical and mental health of your valued workforce and has been proven to reduce employee turnover, boost mental clarity, increase productivity, and improve overall health.

Yogacell believes in prioritising the physical and mental well-being of employees.

This value not only translates in their performance at work, but also in their daily lives.

  • Healthier Bodies

    and Minds

Facing burnout in the workplace is characterised by emotional exhaustion, job dissatisfaction and ineffectiveness.

Taking time to recharge and reset the physical and mental self is crucial in preventing burnout, resulting in employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Increased

Yoga helps to elevate spirits and keep tempers mellow as it has been shown to lower levels of cortisol, the stress hormone, as well as perceived stress in ways likely to foster a more tranquil workplace.

Workplace yoga allows employees to participate in a shared experience regardless of their skill level and creates bonding opportunities in a relaxed and fun setting.

  • Increased

Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises are a great way to free the mind of clutter, helping your employees to be more alert, focused, and productive.

The increase in blood circulation from practicing yoga helps to improve brain function for a sharp and focused mind.

  • Reduced

Stress hampers both mental and physical performance,

leading to musculoskeletal pains and health conditions such as back pain and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Incorporating yoga in to the workplace has been proven to significantly increase employee well-being and reduce stress and absenteeism.

Yogacell sessions are designed specifically for the corporate environment, and are suitable for all employees regardless of their level or experience. They are formulated to combat stress and tension, improve mental wellness and build physical fitness.

What to expect

from our sessions

A mixture of Yang (strength and balance) and Yin (gentle floor-based postures) aimed at relieving stress and moving tension from the body.

Each class will start with breath work and end with a sivasana (relaxation).

While Yang practices (including Vinyasa flow) target the superficial muscles, Yin yoga, targets the deep connective tissues (ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks). Connective tissue responds best to a slow, steady load, which is why we hold the poses for longer. By holding a Yin pose, the body responds by making the ligament a little longer and stronger.

Each session will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged & ready to work.

"Emma at Yogacell comes into the office like a breath of fresh air. She promotes a sense of calm in our busy office environment. There is a noticeable improvement in staff morale and communication since having regular yoga sessions. We all look forward to our yoga sessions"
